- I am a senior meeting planning and incentive industry professional since 1985 with a combined track record of progressive career accomplishments with a strong background in logistics, company and project operations and management. I began my career in the hospitality industry working in tour operation, progressing to destination management and finally incentive and meeting planning. This combination of work experiences gives me a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of this industry.
