INTD does not screen travel director or tour guide members because we are not able to determine what candidate is right for your job or company. That's the great benefit of joining INTD and searching our profile database. We ask specific questions of our Travel Directors and Tour Guides that are important for Employers when searching for candidates. We also provide members with the option to include professional references, upload their resume, include their latest projects, be reviewed by other Employer members and much more!

 

Additionally, INTD has developed a 3 step screening process to guide you through the hiring process and help you find the right person.

Step 1:   Review INTD members’ online profile thoroughly
Step 2:   Schedule and conduct a phone interview with potential candidate.
Step 3:   Check at least 3 references. 

 

For more assistance with qualifying candidates, INTD has developed a Planner Resources section just for planner members, which provides interview questions, a reference checklist and tips on how to differentiate between an experienced candidate and non experienced candidate.
